Daniella plays a key role in business operations at SMB Australia, supporting the day-to-day running of the company and ensuring processes are efficient and well-coordinated. Her attention to detail and organisational skills contribute to the smooth delivery of our transport services.
CALYPSO, CAITIN, DANIEL & JOSHUA
Allocators
Calypso, Caitlin, Joshua, and Daniel are the ALLOCATORS at SMB Australia, responsible for coordinating vehicle movements across the country. They carefully plan and assign each transport to ensure vehicles are delivered efficiently, safely, and on schedule. Their strong organisational skills and attention to detail play a key role in ensuring every vehicle reaches its destination as planned.

Customer Service
Jacob and Amanda are part of the CUSTOMER SERVICE team at SMB Australia, providing day-to-day support across all aspects of the transport process. They assist customers and dealerships with enquiries, quotes, tracking updates, and ongoing communication, ensuring a smooth and responsive experience from start to finish.
Working closely within the broader business operations team, they also support key operational areas including administration, compliance, and vehicle maintenance coordination. Their proactive approach and attention to detail help ensure both our customers and internal operations run seamlessly.
